Weight Loss

Exercise

It's not that hard. Just do anything at all. New studies are showing that exercise not only helps the body, but it actually helps your brain work better and improves your mood.

Start off with 5 minutes per day, 3 days per week, of any sort of activity; walking, running, swimming, sports, weight lifting, yoga, stretching, anything. Any movement at all helps release toxins from your tissues, burn unnecessary fat, and get your blood moving. You don't need to spend 3 hours a day in the gym to be in shape.

If you exercise for 5 minutes per day, three times per week, you will gradually and naturally work up to longer periods of time. Eventually you will enjoy exercising for 30 minutes or more every day. It cannot be a burden for you to take care of your body or you will never succeed. You must truly appreciate how important your body is.

Once you have attainted a level where you enjoy physical activity, we recommend several different kinds of exercise.

Cardiovascular: Anything that gets your heart racing for at least 30 minutes. The most common things are sports, running, biking, or cardio machines at the gym - whatever is most enjoyable for you.

Weight Training: For shaping your body, strengthening your tissues and ligaments it's important to do some weight lifting. We're not trying to become Arnold Schwarzenegger here, just move your muscles a little. Just enough to put a little strain on your muscles is fine.

Yoga: Yoga is quite possibly the best thing you can do for your body. It's not just something that Monks do in India. These are exercises that have been refined for thousands of years and now are so perfected, that simple movements can have drastic positive effects on your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. We recommend the following videos for simple Yoga instruction. It's not hard and don't worry if your not flexible. Neither were we. You have to crawl before you walk.

Diet Pills

The effectiveness of diet pills has been intensively studied by many international organisations and research institutes. Unfortunately this research has never been published in a suitable way to help the patient compare the different diet pills and weight loss products available on the market.

It has therefore been very difficult for patients to conduct their own research on the effectiveness, safety and quality of the many diet pills available on the quickly changing market. The Weight Loss Institute has conducted extensive research on a large number of different diet pills. Below we are publishing an overview based on the results of this research. As expected by the institute's research team, a large number of diet pills that have been researched have proven to be ineffective or even have serious side effects. On the other hand, our research team has identified a number of diet pills that offer the consumer very good value for money in combination with no or few side effects.

Solidax
Solidax is ephedra free and based on Synephrine, Picolinate and Pyrovate to control appetite and to increase the metabolic rate and calorie consumption. Our research has documented that Solidax is effective in assisting patients to lose weight. The effect of the active ingredients used in Solidax has been proven in controlled laboratory weight loss studies, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Ephedra Free.

Phentermine
Phentermine is a prescription based diet pill that effectively works as an appetite suppressant. Few people know that there are many different qualities of Phentermine available on the market today. Unfortunately several online pharmacies sell Phentermine of poor quality and low effectiveness without informing their customers of this fact. The Weight Loss Institute is not supporting this approach and is only cooperating with pharmacies selling the highest quality available.

Kava-Herbal
The Kava-Herbal diet pill is a product based on Kava Kava herbs. Products based on Kava Kava have caused severe liver damage to several patients, and some cases have been fatal. Canada and other countries banned Kava-Kava in 2002. The FDA has published numerous warnings concerning this substance.

Fat Absorber TDSL
Fat Absorber TDSL is particularly suitable for people that are on a high-fat/low carbohydrate diet, such as The Atkins diet. Fat Absorber TDSL is based on Amylase, Atractylodes, Chitosan and Magnesium Sterate to bind fatty acids, which are the primary components of dietary fats. Ephedra Free.

Xenical
Xenical is a weight loss medication based on Orlistat, which acts as a lipase inhibitor by letting part of the fat consumed pass through the intestine without being absorbed. Xenical has proven to be effective and especially suitable for patients suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease, as it is not affecting the patients metabolic rate.

Bontril
Bontril is a prescription based diet pill that works as an appetite suppressant. Appetite suppressants are not a substitute for proper diet. If any weight is lost using this type of medication, our research shows that it is often regained after the patient has stopped taking the medication.

Meridia
Meridia is an appetite suppressant used along with diet, exercise, and behavior therapy for the short-term management of obesity.

7. Don't be over ambitious - a loss of 2 lb or max 1 kg a week is the most you should expect.
8. Anticipate the hurdles and falls. If you know you are going to go away for a weekend, for example, prepare tactics for eating out, anticipate a slight gain in weight. Mentally prepare yourself to get right back on target as soon as you return.
